- A bit about myself:
- I am a Senior Analyst and Manager, Diversity and International Labor Relations at Calvert Investments, where I spearhead Calvert's research, advocacy, and policy work on issues of diversity and international labor relations. I also engage corporate executives in dialogues aimed at strengthening and implementing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies and work on a number of Calvert initiatives, including efforts promoting board diversity and equal employment opportunities. I am the lead author of Examining the Cracks in the Ceiling: A Survey of Corporate Diversity Practices and a co-author of the Calvert Women's Principles, the first corporate global code of conduct focuses on empowering, advancing, and investing in women worldwide.
I am also a long-time volunteer with Amnesty International, and have served as the Stop Violence Against Women Campaign Coordinator for the Mid-Atlantic region for the past four years.
