Dr Jewell is an experienced Medical Expert/HOST and Presenter and a Public Speaker for educating the public about health and wellness issues as well as a proactive humanitarian championing various causes to help the millions of poor, sick and hungry children in the world. She received many years of training in the Arts, Music and Entertainment industry and as a Producer she has written and hosted projects featured on network and cable TV, including the internet platform and has published medical and health articles and videos on several popular websites all of which are freely available for the public to view.
Jewell Productions is a company that provides both the public and private corporations and non-profit organizations educational resources, informative video/film packages, PSA and documentaries for multi-platform networks, TV and cable media. The company specializes in the areas of medicine, health, wellness, alternative and holistic healing as well as promoting humanity in the creative arts and entertainment arenas.
Dr Jewell is a British born bilingual Asian with a British accent and can speak Cantonese. A trained Physician-Scientist in clinical research medicine in the field of cancer and AIDS/HIV at National Cancer Institute, UCLA School of Medicine, and UCLA Dental Research Institute. She received several prestigious awards/fellowships from NIH, notably Cancer Research Training Award (CRTA), National Research Scientist Award (NRSA), and several scholarships. Over the years, she has been active in educating and increasing awareness to the western communities about exploring and incorporating ancient Chinese therapeutic modalities along with cutting edge biomedical science and technology in research medicine to heal the body and the mind.
